Participants will learn how to transform ordinary glass bottles into stunning, hand-painted decorative pieces using acrylic paint.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned crafter, this session offers a fun, relaxing way to express your creativity while promoting environmental awareness through upcycling.
Participants will learn:
- Techniques for working with acrylics on glass surfaces
- Design inspiration: mandalas, florals, patterns, and more
All materials will be provided, including bottles, paints, and brushes. Feel free to bring your own bottle if you have one!
All of the glass jars are collected through the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative (ZWPI).
ZWPI aims to give all forms of used packaging, collected from the community, a second life instead of sending it to the landfill.
About the Trainer
Nur Aisyah found her passion for art during the pandemic. Her art, often described as warm and genuine, is a visual diary of emotions and experiences.
With a playful spirit, she experiments with different mediums and styles, creating pieces that bring joy and comfort.
She uses the same paintbrushes and palettes for her workshops in order to stay sustainable.
As a self taught artist, she believes art is a form of expression and not perfection.
