We probably don’t need to stress enough how polluted our waters are, you might have seen all the images and reports.
But if you don’t know – More than 4,500 tonnes of marine trash is collected per year in Singapore!
The beach clean-up gives the chance for participants to witness the amount of single-use pollution and also provides a reflection exercise.
For every beach clean-up we conduct, we incur logistics costs, manpower costs and transport costs to make it possible.
With your support, we can get rid of the disposables in the ocean and educate the community on steps they can take to reduce their single use disposables.
At The Sustainability Project, we aim to conduct beach clean-ups for the community on a regular basis (once every 2 to 3 months). Your support helps us to make this possible!
You will also be given the first priority to join our Beach Clean Up!
